Golden Milk with Nutmeg

Evening turmeric milk with a small pinch of nutmeg and cardamom, taken before bed.

Overview

A distinct bedtime variation of golden milk. A very small pinch of nutmeg and cardamom is added to warm turmeric milk and taken about half an hour before sleep. Nutmeg has its own dose ceiling, so this is kept separate from plain golden milk.

Traditionally used for: A settling bedtime drink for restless evenings.
