The Wisdom Jar

Effective 6 August 2026

Terms and Conditions

By using The Wisdom Jar you accept these terms. Please read the safety sections carefully.

1. Who you are contracting with

Omvero Digital, a sole proprietorship owned by Jeetika, trading as The Wisdom Jar.

704, LH Mallasandra, Bengaluru – 560057, Karnataka, India. Contact: hello@wisdomjar.online.

2. What this website is

The Wisdom Jar is an educational library of traditional and household wellness knowledge. It exists to explain traditional practices clearly and safely.

It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure any condition. It is not an emergency service and guarantees no outcome. Nothing here replaces advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether anything on this site is suitable for you or the person you are caring for. In particular you must consider:

  • allergies and sensitivities, including to foods, oils and herbs;
  • prescription and over-the-counter medicines and possible interactions;
  • pregnancy, breastfeeding and trying to conceive;
  • infants, children and older adults;
  • chronic conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, kidney, liver, heart or autoimmune disease;
  • how severe, how sudden and how persistent the symptom is.

Always patch-test anything applied to skin and stop immediately if there is any reaction.

4. Emergencies

If you or someone else has chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe or sudden pain, uncontrolled bleeding, fainting, confusion, persistent high fever, a suspected poisoning, a serious injury, symptoms in a very young infant, or any thought of self-harm — stop using this website and seek immediate medical help or contact your local emergency service. Do not wait to try a home remedy.

5. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 to create an account independently.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent before any payment is made.
  • Family profiles for children are created and managed by the adult account holder.
  • You must give accurate information, including date of birth, because it drives safety filtering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and access to your email secure, and for activity under your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials or resell access.

6. Free and Premium access

Free members can browse all public content, save up to 20 items to their account, and read all safety information at no cost. Safety information is never placed behind a paywall.

Premium unlocks the full server-protected remedy and ingredient procedures, unlimited account saves, and — on the Family plan — up to four family profiles with age and pregnancy safeguards.

Premium access is provided through a one-time payment for a fixed six-month access period. Premium access does not renew automatically. There is no recurring debit and no subscription. Continuing after the access period requires a fresh, manual payment.

Paid Premium checkout is available through secure Razorpay checkout. Prices shown on the site are the final amounts payable and may change for future purchases. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. What happens when access ends

  • Premium procedures and Premium Family features become inaccessible.
  • Your existing saves and family profiles remain available in read-only form for one year.
  • Access can be restored by renewing manually.
  • Essential safety information stays accessible to everyone.
  • Family data is not deleted merely because Premium access expired.
  • Account deletion remains separately available at any time.
  • Records subject to legal retention may be retained as required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, republish or redistribute our content;
  • use the content commercially, in a clinic, product or paid service, or to train a model, without our written permission;
  • share, resell or circumvent Premium access, or attempt to bypass server-side gating;

By submitting, you confirm the story is your own and you grant us permission to publish it on this site. You can ask us to remove your published story at any time. We may change, pause or withdraw features, content or the service itself. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
