How to prepare

  1. Warm 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant) gently — do not boil hard.
  2. Whisk in ¼ tsp turmeric powder and a small pinch of black pepper.
  3. Optional: a crushed cardamom pod or ½ tsp ghee.
  4. Sip warm, ideally 30 minutes before sleep.

Duration: Nightly through cold months, or for 7–14 days when feeling run down.
