Golden Milk for Winter Immunity
A warm, soothing nightly drink of turmeric, milk, and pepper to support immunity and rest.
How to prepare
- Warm 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant) gently — do not boil hard.
- Whisk in ¼ tsp turmeric powder and a small pinch of black pepper.
- Optional: a crushed cardamom pod or ½ tsp ghee.
