Ginger, Lemon & Honey Throat Sip
Warm water with ginger, a squeeze of lemon and honey stirred in once cooled.

Fresh ginger is steeped in hot water, then a squeeze of lemon is added and honey stirred in once the drink has cooled to warm, so the honey is not overheated. Sipped slowly.

Safety essentials
Honey must never be given under one year of age. Rinse your mouth with plain water afterwards, as lemon softens tooth enamel.
