Warm Cumin & Cardamom Milk

A cup of milk is warmed with a small pinch of cumin powder and crushed cardamom, then sipped slowly about half an hour before bed as part of a wind-down routine.

Who should avoid it
- People with lactose intolerance or dairy allergy
- People with gallstones, for whom cardamom may aggravate symptoms
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Generally customary in pregnancy in ordinary amounts.
Children: Use a smaller cup and only a tiny pinch of spice for children over 3.
