Overnight Soaked Raisins

A small handful of raisins soaked overnight in water and eaten in the morning.

Overview

Eight to ten black or golden raisins are rinsed and soaked in half a cup of water overnight. In the morning the raisins are eaten and the water is drunk on an empty stomach.

Safety essentials

Raisins are concentrated sugar, so keep the quantity small if you have diabetes. Whole raisins are a choking risk for small children.

  • Anyone allergic to grapes or sulphites
