Neem & Curry Leaf Anti-Dandruff Hair Oil
A warm medicated oil champi that reduces itch, flakes, and scalp buildup.
How to prepare
- Warm ½ cup coconut oil on low heat.
- Add a small handful of fresh curry leaves, 1 tbsp dried neem leaves, and ½ tsp fenugreek seeds.
- Simmer gently for 4–5 minutes until leaves crisp; switch off and cool.
- Strain into a clean glass bottle. Warm 2 tbsp and massage into the scalp the night before a wash.
Duration: 2 nights a week for 6–8 weeks.
Why this works
Neem and curry leaves are traditionally antimicrobial and cooling, while coconut oil carries them deep into the scalp — together they ease the itch and flake cycle of dandruff.
Safety notes
Patch-test first
- Patch-test behind the ear 24 hours before first use.
- Wash off with a mild shampoo — leaving heavy oil on for more than overnight can worsen flaking.
