Ginger-Tulsi Decoction for Cough & Cold

How to prepare
- Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle simmer.
- Add 1-inch crushed ginger and 7–10 fresh tulsi leaves.
- Simmer 8–10 minutes until reduced by a third.
- Strain into a cup and stir in 1 tsp raw honey once warm (not hot).
Duration: 2–3 cups daily for up to 5 days.
