Ginger & Honey Sip
Freshly grated ginger juice stirred into a spoon of honey.

Overview
A small amount of freshly grated ginger is pressed for juice and mixed with a teaspoon of honey, taken slowly one to two times a day when the throat feels rough.

Safety essentials
Honey must never be given to a child under one year old. This soothes a mild throat only and is not a treatment for a chest infection.
