How to prepare

  1. Mix 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with 1 cup cool water.
  2. After shampooing, pour slowly over the scalp and massage in for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Leave 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with plain water.
  4. Follow with a light conditioner only on lengths, not the scalp.

Duration: 1–2 times a week for 4 weeks.

Why this works

A diluted acidic rinse helps restore scalp pH after shampooing and gently loosens dead skin flakes, which can ease both itch and visible dandruff.
