Beauty from Within

Foods, teas, and tonics that show up on the skin within weeks.

What you sip and eat shapes your skin and hair as much as anything you apply on top. Build these in slowly and notice the change over 4–6 weeks.

Patch test first. Always do a 24-hour patch test on the inner forearm before applying anything new to the face, scalp, or sensitive skin.

How to use

1 tsp amla powder in warm water on an empty stomach, or one fresh amla candy/murabba daily.

Who should avoid

Acid reflux flare-ups; people on blood thinners should check with a doctor.
